You sit down at a restaurant. You ask the waiter what's good. They say "depends what you like!" But the truth is, their steak is way better than their fish — they're just not gonna tell you that.

Disher will. We're a community-powered guide to the actual best dishes at LA's best restaurants.

how it works

Being on Disher is a "co-sign." Not every restaurant makes the cut. If a spot is listed here, it's already been vetted — the food is worth your while.

Disher Score — Each restaurant gets a score (out of 100) based on critical reputation, consistency, and community love. Think of it as a starting GPA that the community refines over time.

Dish Rankings — Every dish is ranked by net votes (thumbs up minus thumbs down). The dishes with the strongest consensus rise to the top and get the "MUST ORDER" badge. Dishes with mixed or negative signals get flagged so you don't waste a course on something mid.
